Delete a field definition

To delete a field definition, follow these steps.

Deleting a field definitition deletes all instances of the field definition. This operation cannot be undone.

On the left hand navigation menu, click Field Definitions.

Locate the field definition you want to delete. It may be on one of the tabs, depending on its category.

In the Actions column, click the Delete button.

A confirmation dialog appears. Click Yes.

The field definition is deleted, as well as all field instances that used that definition.
