Pause or unpause a field definition

When a field definition is paused, all field instances associated with the field definition are also paused.

Pause a field definition

To pause a field definition, open the Definitions navigation menu and click Field Definitions.

Locate the field definition to be paused.

Click the Pause icon.

The field definition, and all of the field instances are paused.

Unpause a field definition

To unpause a field definition, open the Definitions navigation menu and click Field Definitions.

Locate the field definition to be enabled.

Click the Play icon.

The field definition, and all of the field instances are made active again.
